Source By My3’s 7 - days Return Policy gives you the option to RETURN items purchased from the website for size only within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. The products shouldn't be broken or tampered.

You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the product is found to be different than what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility of the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller.

Refund Policy

Refund of the goods will be initiated after we receive the goods through return shipment picked up from customer place, our team will check it thoroughly and approve it as it is the same product as we sent.

And order above the value of 1000 INR, this amount will be credited to the account through which order placed as the same mode of transaction.

Any order below 1000 INR the refunded amount will be credited into their wallet of the account which the customer created in our website, immediately after we receive the goods in our warehouse, they can use that wallet amount to further shopping with us.
